30-Day Money Back Guarantee with No Restocking Fees
We're not happy if you're not happy. If you aren't stoked by that new helmet or pair of gloves (or any other item), give us a call and we'll make it right.
Returns
Any item except those marked Final Sale or CLOSEOUT can be sent back for an exchange or refund within 30 days as long as it's still in new condition. This means the item should be unworn (aside from trying it on).
Returned item needs to be in its original packaging with the manufacturer tags. If you're returning a pair of boots or a helmet, we'll need the box back, too. Don't forget to include all product accessories and paperwork. Items that are returned with missing or damaged packaging, tags, components, or hangers may be returned to the customer or subject to an additional processing fee of up to 25% of the merchandise cost based on the availability of those missing or damaged components.
Please DO NOT treat the shoe or helmet box as the shipping box. The box we shipped with will be perfect. If you use the shoe or helmet box as the shipping box, we will not be able to accept the return and won't be able to issue a refund.
An RMA is required for all returns, give us a call to get that process started.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method.
You are responsible for shipping costs for the return.
All return shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected. Any Refused, Undelivered, or Abandoned package will be subject to a $10 Service Fee.
Exchanges
If you are exchanging an item, simply place a new order for the exchange merchandise after you process your return.
Order Cancellation
If you change your mind please call us as soon as possible. Because we try to get orders processed and shipped quickly, we can only change orders within an hour once the order is placed.
Warranty Returns
Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. We will assist customers with their warranty; however we do not provide any direct warranty on any item sold.
Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period which covers against merchandise defects. To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, please contact the manufacturer or contact us for assistance.
